Purchased a vehicle by mistake that they had on lot after trying to counter bid it higher I mistakenly hit the buy now button therefore I tried speaking with them and seeing what can be done to reverse the situation...when doing so I spoke with Shelly first which she decided to put the phone on hold but forgets to do so and goes to talk to someone higher up as I am listening to her explain my concerns and mistake made I was made fun of and not taken seriously as a member what’s so ever. Sharen gave my options however this was taken very unprofessionally I would highly not recommend buying from this Copart branch as they don’t take their members seriously.

Taking so much to answer and ignoring all the emails and not returning my call back!!! Wow Had the worst service and experience in my whole life. My truck with missing thing. I tried calling a hundred time even send email to the head manager! I followed the rules they have in their website and my rights and terms. They went against me and saying that not right. They are a bunch of thieves not doing their job right. I highly recommend NOT to buy from their. They going to waste your money. They need to read and understand the rules they put in their website!!!
