We recently rented Play: CLE out for a small party. The sales director (Jenna) helped us out so much in the planning and organizing that it was super easy. Honestly she really did everything. I told her our budget and she made it work. She helped us decide the best services to use and had plenty of wonderful suggestions to help us stay within our budget. The package we ended up with was customized for our party specifically and made the night extra special. We could not have done it without her! The staff working that night was all super nice and we all had such a great time. Everyone was in such a great mood and you can genuinely tell they all love what they do. Seriously I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks for a great memory! We cant wait to come back!

It's fine for burning energy but I wish they had two rules. One: a dress code. This is supposed to be a family friendly place & when we were there several women were dressed in almost underwear. Two: no running. Tons of kids running all over the place. Could be dangerous for little kids & even adults.
I went with a group of people and we had an awesome time! Everyone of all ages will enjoy this place. Even little ones who are just starting to walk! They have gymnastic foam blocks that would entertain any 1-3 year old and lots of other things for ages above that! Play Cleveland was just excellent. Prices are reasonable (Adults two hours for 25), the place was clean and well kept, and all of the associates were great. Our experience was basic, and simple. There's nothing but great things to say! Waiver signing is digital, and separate from payment so people can sign while others pay. Our checkout person was pleasant, and helpful. The manager even offered to refund our visit and put it towards the yearly membership! All of the staff was helpful in teaching us how things worked, as well as answer our questions. They were also great for getting cups of water, racing on an obstacle, and opened up an obstacle (the half pipe) that was closed that we wanted to do before we left. For the place itself, pictures do the most justice. From the basic but fun rock wall, to the climbing challenges (seven unique challenges), two physical challenge courses on the ground, an entry to parkour course, and then two in air hanging courses. Absolutely 10/10. I'd recommend Going on a day that will be slower, as I'm sure with tons of people it will be crazy.
Super clean! Helpful friendly staff! Wearing a face covering is mandatory & not too unbearable. Drink/bar area is open & the TV’s help pass the time while the kiddos play. So great to have this option for indoor fun with so many other indoor activities on pause. Thank you!!
