I ordered a windsurfing lesson on line on Sunday. Someone called me on Monday afternoon and asked if someone had called me yet about the lesson. I said no. She proceeded to ask me when I wanted to do the lesson. I told her Wednesday. She stated she would put it on the calendar and I would receive a phone call Wednesday morning on a time. I never received a call. I waited all morning for the call. At 10 AM I finally contacted them they stated I was not on the calendar. So irritating, I have been looking forward to this lesson all week. They charged my account. They stated they would reimburse me and it would appear in a few days. I will find someone else with better customer service.
