Website says closes 5 pm. Found out they quit loading at 2:45pm. Really messes a drivers day up when given false information. Lost a good pay this week. Other than that. They lady at scales is really nice..

Meant to write this review a while ago, I have great respect for this company. Back in August I had accidentally thrown away a substantial amount of jewelry my fiancé had purchased. Waste management went above and beyond to retrieve the jewelry at there sorting center in Avon, going as far as to hand deliver the items back to our house in Newton. Now a days it is hard to see that type of customer service, but this company is a truly classy company. Thank you waste management!!
Trash day following Christmas they drove right by our can and didn't pick it up. Called Norwood DPW about it multiple times and they said that waste management won't pick up our trash till the following week. Unbelievable, disgustingly unsanitary, extremely disappointing, especially since they only provide one can per house hold, don't know where we are suppose to put our trash for the next week. Would rate zero if I could because this is just one of MANY problems we have had with them.
