THE VERY RUDEST, HEARTLESS AND WAY TOO EXPENSIVE THEY TURNED MY WATER OFF BY MISTAKE AFTER I PAID MY BILL AND TELL ME IT COULD BE TIL 6PM BEFORE THEY COULD TURN IT BACK ON! THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO CHECK FOR PAYMENT BEFORE DISCONNECTION! I REALLY WISH I COULD SWITCH TO LIBERTY UTILITIES THEY'RE NOT GREEDY HOGS AND ALWAYS WORK WITH YOU

Water is very expensive! If you get your water shut off they will fine you 250.00. They say deposit but it's a fine because they never return the money back nor pay interest. You can't get it back unless you close the account. Then you have to open the account back open and have to pay a 60.00 service fee! The office workers are rude and do the absolute minimum. If you need to make payment installments don't talk to the tellers, ask for a supervisor. Contact city council and the mayor to help train them. They work for the tax payers if Avondale!

Billing system sucks! I have always over paid every month & if for some reason I am 1 cent off I get a shut off notice, OMG!!
