My experience with Cien Motor was nothing but exceptional. My Audi needed immediate repairs and when I dropped off my vehicle Anthony asked very detailed questions to get a better idea on what work needed to be done. After they ran a diagnostic test on the vehicle they called me same day with a detailed list of what was wrong and what parts and labor was needed to repair the vehicle. They provided me with the exact cost of the repairs and estimated completion time. My car was ready next day and ran better the day I purchased it (used) and the quote given on the repairs was the same when I picked up my vehicle. They performed better then what I was expecting and everything was well explained by Anthony. They will be my “go-to” shop for any future work or repairs.

I broke down in my Cadillac down the street from this shop. I called and spoke to Anthony the Service Advisor and he and 3 other men from the shop came to me and pushed my car into the shop so I didn't have to pay for tow. I would highly recommend this shop. They are courteous, skilled, efficient, and affordable. I will be taking my car there for all future repairs or service.
This is the second time I have taken my vehicle to this place and both times was a great experience! Very friendly staff they walk you threw everything you need done. I had several things needed done for my vehicle and Anthony was able to explain to me the most important things needed done right away i highly recommend them ! You won't be disappointed!
I have been going to Cien Motor Works for a year now may be but their services are always on point. I took my car in for numerous repairs and even having to deal with my insurance they did an amazing job. They even went as far as to repair things that weren’t covered with my insurance to ensure great quality on my car. My insurance wanted them to work with used parts but Cien Motor Works demanded new parts and wanted nothing less than great. I definitely will continue to go here and thankful for the services of Alyssa who was professional and efficient during the time my car was in their care.
