Called and spoke to Chris and right away was given a quote, there was no beating around the bush and I was never made to feel pressured to make an appointment. His prices are very fair, and he was able to come to my home within the week. For my three bedroom home he was in and out in just about an hour if not a smidge more. One of my bedrooms had pet stains, and now you could hardly tell.

Our carpets were very wet after Chris left, but not any cleaner. I asked Chris about the stains and was advised it was our carpets, however, his equipment was so old it did not appear to be functional. It seemed to dump water on our floors, but didn't pick it back up. We have several rental properties and have had much heavier stains come up. I feel it was a waist of time and money, a vacuum would have done about the same without soaking our carpets.
Chris was very prompt and came at the exact time to stretch our carpet. He was friendly and did a good job. He was always asking if I was satisfied with the look, and wanted to do a good job. His price was lower than other quotes.
I cannot speak for their ability to clean carpets, but the level of professionalism while driving a company branded van is quite dismal. The gentleman driving almost ran my family and I off the the side of the 101 because he failed to look while merging at a high rate of speed. We honked and swerved and were given a rude hand gesture. The driver then got off on Thomas and proceeded to flip us off again as he exited the freeway. If you are going to drive a company branded vehicle as an advertisement for your business I would recommend that you act appropriately. C & J Carpet Care will certainly be the last company I will call or recommend in the future.
