We called Cluffs late in the evening on a Saturday night after our A/C quit working. James contacted us back momentarily and he said he would be able to come out within an hour. Excellent customer service, on time, fixed the problem and gave us some great advice to make our system more efficient.

The tech came to my house and supposedly took pictures of what needed to be repaired and said he would email the results of what needed to be fixed with my AC. Well its been over a week and I got no email, no pictures and no receipt for the 89 I spent for him to \look\ at my AC. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.
