Rick is an honest, smart, and hard working man. Rick sold me my first upright piano. He took so much care and effort in restoring the piano, covering some pieces in felt and adjusting and tuning it after delivering it. This is a guy who is committed to his craft, something we don't see much nowadays. Thank you, Rick! I was sent to Rick by my piano teacher, Ross Marshall.

We bought our beautiful piano a few years ago from Rick and he has come out to the house and serviced it since. He has been nothing but kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to my friends in a heartbeat.
Rick is not a nice guy. Thinks the sun revolves around him. Will be taking my Steinway somewhere else.
