I made an appointment with this company from 5-6 , I made my plans aside to be fully available And I waited till almost 6:20. I texted the “business” number . ..-will you be coming- The guy texted Oh can we reschedule for tomorrow? This company didn’t have the courtesy to at least let me know with time..complete lack of professionalism! If this is how they are just for an estimate, I can only imagine how they are with their work! I definitely dodged a bullet and I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I called Gonzalez & Sons to get some ideas for tile designs and the owner stopped by my home that same day. He was helpful in understanding my vision and providing feedback to select the ideal flooring. They have since completed the floors in our living room and kitchen and we are scheduled to redo our bathroom next month.
Juan and his crew completed my project almost a week earlier than scheduled and it looks great! The best part is that they were one of the lowest bids we received, coming in about 25% under the highest bidding company.
Competitive pricing and the installation was completed three days after calling them. Our baseboards were damaged during the installation so they replaced all of them in the room at no additional fee. I recommend them for any tiling project.
Had an issue with one of the employees after installation. When the owner learned of the issue, he stepped it and resolved it quickly to our full satisfaction. Good carpet installer!
