Purchased 2 vehicles from LHM, and was assisted both times by Willy, he is a very knowledgeable online sales manager, he went through every single spec of the cars with us, something we didn't receive at our dealerships. Went here to trade in and get a new jeep sales guy was great then it went down hill. I was very clear about not running credit multiples times the acknowledged that. I was very clear if they did I would cancel the deal.After a few days I saw the multiple hits I called finance told the to stop running my credit. I was then told they would run it as many times as they needed to make the deal. After my call they ran again. After numerous attempts to speak with the GM or Assistant GM and was told they would have them call me back i returned the car and took my trade in back. This dealership has complete disregard for their customers concerns no remorse or care. The night sales manger had no idea how to do a return then put down reason as customer wouldn't bump. When true reason was internal issues they even said the damage is already done so why not make the deal when we have your approval. If you want to make a deal with a location that cares go to surprise location ask for Jason. See picture below of the shady people.
