I had a good experience getting the vehicle but they did not have emissions done and several things needing to be cleared before taking the vehicle off the lot. The tires was bald on the back 2. I was asked to sign a paper stating extra items would not be added hence safe reliable tires. I thought vehicles should be safe by law before driving off a lot. I had to buy my own new tires a week after. I had to pay for my own emissions. There was dog hair all under my seats. They just did a quick vacuum. No detail was done for the used vehicle I purchased. It was like the owner just handed me the keys. The vehicle was not ready to drive off the lot but I had no choice because I was in need of a vehicle. Dealerships really know how to take advantage of you and don't realise it's all the money we have as customers and work hard for what we get! #disappointed
Sales rep. Was Very helpful and made it easy on getting a vehicle. Although I was promised a "detailed wash" witch means...FULLY cleaned. When I gt my vehicle it was half vacuumed and windows were not cleaned. Outside was just power washed with what I believed just plain water. Also 6 weeks and still waiting for my spare tire.
My amazing experience here all started when I was referred to Avondale Mitsubishi by a relative. I called and was pre approved over the phone by Sammy who was very patient and respectful. As soon as I arrived to my appointment the car of my dreams was waiting outside for me as it was pulled off the lot at my request! The GM and Sammy worked hard to get me approved as I was denied by every other dealership. After numerous calls to finance companies they finally got me approved! My paperwork was taken care of in a matter of minutes and I was a happy customer. The whole team including Sammy were HONEST, STRAIGHT FORWARD AND POLITE. The customer service throughout the dealership was amazing. Since I bought my car I have serviced all my work vehicles (diesels and gas) at Avondale Mitsubishi and have been blown away by the workmanship and pricing! The true definition of an amazing dealership! I will be back in a couple months to buy my teenage daughter her first vehicle! Thank you Avondale Mitsubishi and thank you Sammy!
I went in hesitant but as soon as a sales associate greeted me at the door I felt welcomed and valued, they got me the car I wanted and the right payments! I even went in on a Saturday and for free pizza!! this dealership is very welcoming and hassle free! my sales associate Justin went above and beyond for me. if I could leave 0 stars I would. I was interviewed by the Supervisor Mark Marcus for Internet Sales position and he treated me terribly. I did everything right by books. I dressed appropriately, I answered the questions as best as I could, with a smile. And came to the job interview 10 minutes before I was scheduled. Mike Marcus was very cruel to me for absolutely no reason at all. During the interview he gave a cold dirty look. His tone of voice was aggressive. I guess because he is the Supervisor he can treat people any kind if way. I question the Owner's integrity if he continues to allow this to happen. But, I will say Britney who interviewed me after Mike Marcus was very kind and compassionate.
