Spending the winter in my travel trailer when we ran into serious slide out issues. Tom's was able to get us in much sooner than anyone else nearby. Issue was serious enough that we missed our appointment because we could not close up and get down to Tom's. Jameson, our service writer was helpful and easy to work with. Jim, our technician, went over the repairs with us, and provided a thorough and comprehensive explanation in the service write up. Lastly, Jeff, service manager, made sure we were back on the road just before the shop shut down for a holiday weekend, even saying he would keep working after the shop closed if needed. Can't ask for more than that. Great service, great people, thanks! Highly recommended!
