If I could I would give them 0 stars. The secretary who answers the phone is rude and the property manager is always on a meeting. They don't return your call when you leave a voicemail. They are quick to send you the maintenance bill and notices but are never there to help you. I can't wait to move out of this place. HOA is a joke. I wish I had information of all the board of directors to voice my complaint. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND MOVE HERE

This HOA is a joke! While I get letters from the garbage can gestapo (bored busy-body housewives) because my garbage can is out 2 hours early I have to drive by neighboring houses that have weeds growing out of control and dilapidated fences. Complete joke.

It’s fairly typical that people won’t post a review for a company unless it’s negative. I serve on the HOA Board for my community and AVR is our management company. As a board member, I try to stay objective and see both sides of any given circumstance. My experience with AVR has been very positive. They have a high level of ownership regarding the affairs of our neighborhood. Lines of communication are always open. Any questions or needs seem to be addressed in a timely manner. While flaws can be found within any service-related organization, I feel that AVR manages our community well. My observation is that most of our residents pay their association fees, take care of their property, follow the community rules and go on with life, knowing that their neighborhood is being maintained by the Board and AVR management. Most residents that have issues are those that have received letters due to violations and may already be a bit frustrated prior to any contact with the Board or AVR. With that in mind, the staff at AVR makes every attempt to conduct themselves with poise, respect and professionalism, even when it isn't reciprocated. Kathryn, Dee, Ruby (and the rest) keep up the good work!

Rude, unprofessional and no one was able to answer my simple question. Their lack of courtesy and organizational skills is staggering. Nothing seems to get done in the community yet the hoa fees continue to skyrocket? I could go into greater detail but this company is not worth the carpal tunnel I'd give myself to type up a dissertation of their shortcomings. The only thing they know how to do is hand out violations. Seriously, with all these negative reviews and experiences how is this company still in business?
