Took this tour last Saturday night, December 17th, to look at Christmas lights. The bus was comfortable enough for 2.5 hour trip but still kind of cramped. To begin with, we started 15-20 minutes late waiting for someone's shuttle to arrive from St. Cloud. If this was free, I'd understand, but there's gets to be a point where you should just go. No one is under obligation to wait for late arrivals. It wasn't a cheap excursion. We saw some nice lights in Inver Grove Heights and then the bus ("motor coach") got stuck in a snow bank. Ummmmm, really?! So there goes another 15-30 minutes. The company was not prepared in the slightest for this. No shovel, no sand, nothing. If it hasn't been for some incredibly helpful neighborhoods residents, who knows what would've happened. I have yet to contact the company for a refund but I wanted to get this published. They didn't offer anything to us for the delays and shortened time seeing lights.
