absolute worst experience living here. EXTREMELY terrible management that had 3 people working at the front desk but could never answer the phone or ever return a phone call. Had roommate problems that all they said they could do was talk to her even when she had people living with her and even a dog that she told the management which were her friends was a service dog and they believed her. With the amount of money I pay to live here I should feel safe and comfortable to come to my apartment and that’s why I reached out to management many times, ALWAYS had to leave a voicemail and never got an answer back EVER. Terrible parking garage that many fly up and almost get in multiple accidents just trying to get up or down it. Wouldn’t pay this much for this place and would definitely like to get my money back if I could. Do NOT recommend living here to anyone especially if you don’t have people you are specifically going to move in with.

As much as I love living here, kind of wish the room inspectors at least knocked on my bedroom door before coming in. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own quarters. I was aware they were coming today, but I didn’t expect them to just walk into my bedroom without even knocking. I would appreciate if that didn’t happen next time. On a more positive note, I really like living here. The front employees at the desk are all super kind and friendly! They always say hi to me if I’m ever in the lobby. The rooms are really nice, and you get your own bathroom so that’s dope. The amenities here are sweet! Lots to do outside of your apartment. Some of the study rooms aren’t well ventilated though, I tried studying in one room today and froze! There was no heater in the room at all! Anyways, besides the inspectors making me feel insanely uncomfortable, this place is awesome! If the next inspection feels less violating I’ll definitely swap to 5 stars. Final note, I hate that I can’t get packages from Amazon on weekends. Sometimes I have important packages that I need that won’t be delivered until Monday, and I suffer for it.
I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with this group the other day!! Came in to look for an apartment for our son, who is returning home from a mission, and a young man, Parker, helped me. He was SO kind, helpful and polite! There was a gal at the front desk too (though i didn't get her name) who was great as well. If you're looking for an apartment in Orem THIS is the place to start!! Promise you won't be disappointed!!
Axis has been great. This has been my first experience moving out, and it's been a really enjoyable experience for me. The staff is super nice and helpful, and have helped me greatly on a couple occurrences. My only real complaint is that the walls are a bit thin. Otherwise, very nice place to live!
Parker helped me with getting my lease and made it a very streamlined process. Super friendly and outgoing and answered all of my questions. The property exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommend!
SUPER awesome place to live. Great amenities and the management is awesome. I've loved the huge gym here and how social it is- there is always an event happening!
Living here has been a dream!!! The social aspect are amazing and the amenities are the best. The hot tub is supper nice and the gym is to die for! Management is very helpful and really nice! They want your experience living here to be the best it can and I have really seen that I’m the way they treat their residents!! Love it here highly recommend if your looking for a place to live!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with axis! I love the management, and the apartment I live in! There have been a few times when I need maintenance and they get on it that day. I can leave for work and when I come back it's fixed! So excited to be living at Axis for another year! Definitely an amazing student housing I have ever seen! Just wished they had more parking for visitors. I had to have my friends park somewhere else, and we all cram into my car to go to my apartment because there is only a few spaces where you won't get towed for overnight parking for my friends.
