They switched to cart only pickup for residential service and failed to notify us of the change. They left trash sitting out on the curb for a week, even after I called and emailed them with a request to pick it up. Terrible company, don't waste your money. I have promptly cancelled this service.

We were customer's of Midwest and had great service, But since Frontier took over, the prices have been raised several times and they spill trash out of the barrel and leaving it to blow all over the place and now they haven't picked up our trash for 2 weeks saying we haven't put it out when I put it out at 4 am.

I have been a client of Midwest for sometime and until now, I've not had any issues. We pay for two cans and we travel frequently and from time to time I have two plain containers that I put out and they have always picked up. This week it changed, we were gone last week and I put out the two extra containers with the two Midwest as normal. They only picked up the two Midwest containers. I called, the lady on the phone advised that they could not pick up the extra containers, I explained that they always had and she said not in the other containers. I put it in the other containers to keep it neat and dogs out of it. I asked her to send someone out to pick it up and she used fowl language explaining they don't work weekends and won't come pick up until next Friday and only two of their containers but I could turn in a special work order. This is not customer service and we have been doing this since the beginning of our agreement. If things change, I will play by the rules but now she doesn't care and will cuss you over it if you push her so I'll have two containers of rotten garbage for another two weeks. I'll certainly spread the word through our area, as we have been here since 2004. The pricing is great but there are other options. I tried to leave a comment on their website but it forwards to another company and I have yet to see a comment section.

Absolutely fed up with this company. I have been a customer for several years and I'm always paid up. Now going on my third week with no collection, and last week I was doing yard work on my scheduled pick up day and watched their truck drive by; totally ignoring the bin. This has happened over and over. Even when they do pick up, it is completely inconsistent. Sometimes showing up as late as 6-7 PM. I honestly don't know how these guys stay in business. When I first moved to the area there weren't a lot of other choices. Now there are, and I'll be making a switch ASAP.

When I had service with them, they only picked up about 50% of the time. The times they did pick up, they were usually a day or 2 late. There was even one occasion where they accidentally took my can with them and charged me to get it back. I got so far behind on trash that I requested a second can and negotiated to pay the price for a single can since it was their fault I needed 2. I paid the delivery fee for can #2 and never received it. I ended up moving out of that house that March and they tried to charge me for April and June, and tried to charge me for the second can being lost.
