Kyle and his crew were very efficicent in coming out ASAP when my basement flooded back in July but towards the end of the the final stages of fixing and replacing everything that was damaged Kyle himself halfassed the remaining things that had to be fixed. I tried to call and text him numerous times but it seemed like as soon as the company received the check from the insurance company they disappeared. Just make sure that everything is to your satisfaction before you hand over the insurance check!

Called after hours and didn't get an answer, and I didn't leave a message (being impatient). I received a call back before I could find someone else to call, and they cake out the next morning. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, on time, didn't leave a message, and thorough during the entire process. They all gave clear answers and ideas on how to move forward to prevent future flooding into the basement. I hope to never have to call BM again, but should I need to, they'll be the first I contact.

Well organized company. They keep you well informed of schedule and completion of the work. We contracted with them to take care of flood damage to our home.
