Their business is crumbling, and they have taken fraudulently from long-standing clients and made no attempt to render service. They return calls only sporadically making up various excuses for their lack of reliability, but no attempt to honor legal contracts. DO NOT HIRE THEM UNLESS they can demonstrate they are clean of drugs and back on track business wise. Currently not a single word of truth comes out of their mouths.

Honestly, wishing I could give 0 stars but Google is forcing me to atleast give one. Scott Bauer is a incompetent businessman and a crook. He is a complete embarrassment to all small business owners and really needs to reconsider his personal and business life choices. Not only did this man steal my fathers hard earned money, but he does not even have the decency to return his phone calls and attempt to make amends. Do not trust this walking peice of garbage with your business or glass door needs. Bad business bad karma. Scott Bauer is going to get what's coming to him.
We have ordered our shower glass doors about 6 weeks ago and we have not received them yet. As a matter of fact, I am unable to reach them by phone. Everytime I call, I get an answering machine with Scott's (the sales person who took the measurements) voice and after the introduction, it says that the inbasket is full. I am trying to track down their business, but they do not even have their address listed on their website. Through Google, I could find only a Falmouth address! I am curious to hear if others are having the same problem and if someone can give me advice as to how to track them down, other than the phone numbers listed on their website.
This company stole my mom eyes now they changed there numbers and I have now shower doors would not recommend this company to any body
