Mom was looking for a Bernina sewing machine. They didn't have either of the ones she was interested in purchasing. She's 80 and wants to see what she's buying. Still overall Kristina was very helpful. We're contemplating what our next move will be.

My wife and I visited this store a few days ago and I could not have been more disappointed. A salesperson helped us and I have never been more offended by a salesperson. My wife advises her that we are searching for a serger on a very tight budget. She then proceeds to try and sell us a machine that is almost 2000. Okay, I get that. However, not only did she try to sell us a very expensive machine, she proceeds to tell my wife that she is wasting her time by purchasing a lesser expensive machine, that she won’t be able to thread it, and it will end up in the closet if she doesn’t buy the air fed machine. She called the lesser expensive ones “closet sergers.” To be clear, I understand a commission based agent trying to sell an expensive machine, but to completely discourage my wife was unprofessional. My wife left completely discouraged believing she could not use a serger until we could afford a 2000 machine. It was a very frustrating visit.

I was at a store looking for a sewing machine and a customer overheard me and told me to go to B Sew Inn. I had never heard of it, but called and asked if they had any in stock and they said yes so I rushed over, as they were closing soon! I got there 7 minutes before closing, with low expectations assuming people would be ready to clock out and go home, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised by my experience. Mel was an absolute blessing! I just learned to hand stitch and only know how to make 1 thing and decided I’d like to invest in a sewing machine. She showed me multiple machines and how they operate and helped me pick out the right one, the right needles, thread and anything else I would need to make my project easier! I was already impressed by her, but then as we were checking out I made the comment of how long it was going to take me to just thread the needle on my new machine as I am very much a beginner. Mel, at probably 45 minutes after the store was closed, offered to take my machine out of the box and help me thread my needle! And that’s what we did! She helped me thread it, thread my bobbin and even let me do my first stitch with my new machine. She went so far above and beyond! I will be a returning customer for any of my sewing needs and will definitely be signing up for classes! I am so thankful for B Sew Inn and Mel! You guys are amazing!

This is the best place to go if you are looking for any machine, supplies and friendly people to help you. Everyone is so knowledgeable and willing to help. Attended an \event\ Friday and Saturday. It was so fun lots if deals, discounts and prizes. So do yourself a favor and check things out.
