Heard a lot of great things about Tracy and BT canvas. Fast, good work, fair prices, well known locally. So I decided to give her a small project to work on about 5 weeks ago. I paid her cash up front and she told me that the job was simple and it would be done in a few days. Fast forward to 5/12/20. I still have not gotten my project completed or an updated completion date. The best part of it all is that I have inside contacts with one of her suppliers, so she interacts with me or that’s team a minimum of 3 times a week. I have everyone asking her when my project will be completed. She only laughs and says when she gets to it. Aloof, unapologetic and noncommittal. Solid business professionalism.
