If I could give this "business" a zero, I would based on my last interaction with Julie. I had been a faithful, well paying customer for nearly two years. I cannot say that she had not be unprofessional before, but her location was convenient so I overlooked her lack of communication and ability to lie about basic things ( like when things would be finished). The last interaction I had with Julie was so egregious that I actually got mad...and that doesn't happen much. I dropped of a brand new, expensive backpack (in plastic) for a simple monogram to be placed on it. She told me that it would take a week for it to be completed. I told her that was fine. The week came and went...I heard nothing from Julie. Another week went by...my back still wasn't monogrammed. When I contacted her, she (true to form)gave me an excuse as to why the monogram wasn't done yet. I told her that I would come and pick the bag up and she said that was fine. When I went to pick up my bag, she was not at home. My bag was FILTHY! It looked like a dog had given birth on it...there was dog hair everywhere on my bag. I contacted her about the condition of my bag and she was unapologetic. I will never be a customer of hers again and will be filling out a Better Business Bureau complaint. The backpack was so filthy that it couldn't be cleaned. An 80.00, brand new backpack, had to be thrown away.
Fast and incredible service! Will definitely do more service again.
