I had a great experience ordering a Swing Daddy bike rack. The package showed up in perfect condition and installation was a breeze. I spoke with the team at Backcountry and they were able to help me with the couple questions I had, before and after I ordered it. (It's nice that they supported me after the sale!) Great products and quick shipping, I will check their site before Amazon which was quite a bit more and didn't have free shipping even with Prime!
