Quick unload time but little difficult to back into dock with employee cars parked on side. Only 1 dock but they are quick. People are nice in office would definitely come back

Terrible service and communication. Took way longer to install than advertised. Once the shed was finally completed it was decent quality.
Have enailed them several times and have had no response whatsoever!
bought a shed through Costco in Woodland. i very much like Costco. unfortunately, Backyard Products is the local installer. twice scheduled, Backyard Products twice left us voice messages THE DAY BEFORE the agreed upon installation dates, telling us the installer would not arrive as scheduled. the second time, the message was left at 4:57p.m. for an install that was to start the next morning. a word of caution: Backyard Products does not keep its commitments. we have asked Costco to help us and are still awaiting our installation. because the installation requires an adult present on site and they've failed us twice with last minute notification, we have already lost more forfeited income than the cost of the shed itself.
Backyard Buildings is the contractor hired to install Yardline Sheds from Costco. They called to schedule my appointment, verified the day before they were to install. They gave me a 4 hour window (8 to 12) when they would call to inform me they were a half hour out. No call no show so I called their office number. I received a call within 20 minutes informing me they had 45 minutes left on another job and that with travel time they would arrive in two hours (approximately 2PM). It's now 4 PM. They have not called and have not shown up and they did not return my calls to the installer's phone. This is horrible communication and customer service. I wasted a Saturday sitting around waiting.
