I had a leak in my roof resulting from a combination of critters and a near record snowfall. It was not a typical leak situation. John was the consummate professional. He came out on a special trip, just to size things up. When he came out to repair, he was thorough and explained all the options to me. He did not try to sell me a big repair job or a roof replacement. In fact, he recommended the simplest, most practical, long-lasting approach. He finished in less than an hour and did not even charge me. A fantastic experience.

John and his team did an outstanding job on our patio cover. With the corona virus keeping us home more often, we decided to make our backyard our private oasis. Top notch quality, and exceeded all my expectations.
John and his crew did a great job - very detailed and professional. They were careful to clean up all the nails and metal trash and replace all the patio furniture, etc. when the job was done. John is honest and transparent in the accounting and billing, and was patient and helpful as I made decisions.
We had entered a contract to buy a new home and needed to sell our current home fast. Inspector indicated our existing home needed a roof before sale could be finalized. Everything happened so quickly we ended up needing new roof in about a week. I was referred to John Bacon by a friend and from beginning to end he could not have been more helpful, accommodating and professional! He guided me through the process and worked with our insurance to get a new roof inspected, appraised and installed in about a weeks time. Sale went off without a hitch and my wife was very happy to be in our new home! Could not recommend Bacon Roofing any higher!
We recently moved into our new home in Rowlett, and needed the dryer vent on the roof replaced. John was able to move things around, and get the vent replaced by lunchtime! He was thorough and professional. We will definitely be using Bacon Roofing in the future for any roof and gutter needs.
