I contacted Bad News Bearers after business hours to serve a Notice of Hearing so that I could meet a deadline. The opposing party had been evading service, which is why there was a time crunch. David, the owner of the company, personally provided rush service. He immediately contacted the opposing party and went to the last known address within one hour. David is a miracle worker. I approached Dave for help out of desperation... Our Fedex package which contains legal documents got stuck at Fedex for 10 days, and Dave went over, waited in line for hours, kept pushing the Fedex employees to go find our package...His resilience paid off on day 2... Dave then took our documents to the bank and did the notary for us there...after that, Dave went to Fedex Express and shipped the package back to CA... A full 2 day of hard work.... Dave is patient, polite but very thorough and very efficient... I highely recommend Dave... He is a pleasure to work with....
