This is the BEST PLACE to go for testing by far in Dane county. Heidi is extremely friendly and kind, always greeting you with a huge smile and cheerful attitude. She is also quick- which helps if you've been waiting to go to the bathroom. Her pup Molly is a great addition to the place as well, so friendly! Heidi makes such an uncomfortable experience, comfortable and pleasant.

I had a brief but very pleasant experience during my visit @ Badger Testing Services. I take customer service seriously and I was pretty impressed with the 10 minutes I spent here. I was greeted promptly with a smile & professionalism. I immediately took notice to the scent of the room due to the essential oils. Which sparked some friendly conversation. On my way out, I couldn’t help but interact with the sweet puppy (grown pup actually) that was basking in the sun of the waiting area, allowing me pet her and talk to her before I left! Oh and lastly, I needed a paper copy made for work. When I asked where the nearest Kinko’s was she offered to make a copy right there for me. I think she even made two lol. Great job with customer service and much appreciated!

Heidi and her dog Molly really make this a special place. Although my visit was brief, I cannot recommend this facility enough. Professional, clean, and fast. If you live in the area then this is definitely the place to go for all your testing needs.
