It has definitely gone down hill. A few years ago this place was such an amazing vibe tribe of workers, consistently the best bagel spot around. Went a few weeks ago and we were one of two customers in the place, and it took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge us. No hello, be right with you, nothing. Their bagels are amazing, so I let the poor service slide. Went again today, and the breakfast sandwich was just nothing special compared to usual. 2/5 stars at best.. but at least they said hello when I walked in this time Oh, they also were out of tomatoes at 11:30

This place has gone downhill just as everything else has this year. The second time in as many weeks I called in an order and they can't get a simple bacon egg and cheese correct. I'm not sure if it's getting lost in translation or what the deal is but, it is disappointing. I used to recommend this place to everyone. They need to turn it around and get back to what it used to be.
The worst service in Monroe. Good food but it's not worth it. It's a giant free for all in there with no system even for pick up orders you end up waiting forever because no one even acknowledges you. People constantly complain and the workers just stare at you. NEVER GOING BACK
