A great place for families large and small. Our family occupied 8 condos here last summer for a family reunion. I'll only rate our condo as I spent the most time there. The condo was very clean, the decor was slightly outdated but not a deal breaker. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to make most meals. There was no dishwasher in our unit whereas most other units did. We stayed in the second row on the beach side and you still had a small view of the beach/water from the living room and screened in porch. They have large gas grills for use while staying here which was a plus for us. Sue and the other staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back again next year, trying a different unit.

My parents come back year after year. The quality is excellent for the price. If you want more amenities, this isn't the place for you. But if you're more concerned about affordability and don't mind taking care of your normal needs (cooking and cleaning and whatnot), this is the place to be.

Very nice place. Stayed there many times. Only drawback are the stairs. As I've gotten older my knees can't do the stairs day after day for a month.
