This is a place I come back to all the time -- beginners and visitors will also love it. This is a holistic experience of yoga, not just exercise but mind, body, and spirit. The teachers are welcoming and so are the fellow students. A sweet retreat from the busyness of life.

This is my happy place. Its really great because trying something new can be extremely intimidating and its really easy to begin comparing yourself and unconsciously (or consciously) begin to compete and that does not happen there. There are people of all different skill levels in all the heated Vinyasa classes I have taken. I have yet to have a bad experience and dont think that will ever happen. The last class I went to was especially wonderful for me. I got to class early and sat on my mat just fuming from events earlier that day (black out, attempted vehicle break in, etc). Class started a d before I knew it, those were the farthest things from my mind and I was able to shut my mind up and just practice and it was wonderful.
