Emily Spenser-Weiss

The massage therapist I've seen has been wonderful. Extremely thoughtful, energetically tuned in — in fact, if anyone knows how to contact Emily for massages directly, I'm all ears. The front desk staff lately has been awkward to deal with, however. I received a gift card from my fiance, which I used toward a massage in April, but somehow I received a bill in the mail for that massage. Dealing with the office about their error felt like my responsibility (they did not call me to follow up as promised), and the apology came late and didn't seem all that genuine. (3 stars.) Revision (7/3/19) — After sharing my original review, the business' billing manager called me to personally apologize for the mix up. A day later, the owner also called me and left a voicemail with an apology and offer of complimentary services. Always appreciate it when a business makes customer service a priority.
