Baker stoves in Lewisberry, Pa has the worst customer service. I have a simple question. I sent them two emails and no response. I’ve called over a dozen times and the two numbers listed on the website do not work.

I had the Heat King for years and loved it kinda regret selling it with the house. But I just bought a used Heat Queen for the home we live in now and I'll never part with it. Not to mention I work for Nancy Baker part time years ago a wonderful lady and know the quality of these units. All of the Baker stove are awesome and we'll worth every penny.
