Would not honor an order that was placed online. The website automatically applied a discount. I received an email saying that my order was ready to be picked up. Then an hour and a half later I received an email saying that my order was cancelled. I then submitted a form to Ace asking what was going on. I immediately received a call from the store saying that Yeti was excluded from the discount that was automatically applied to my order (I didn’t enter a coupon code). They refused to honor the discounted price.

After 10 days my order status is STILL Paid/Unfulfilled. After I called on day 5 without shipment, I was told that they ran out of stock and it would be shipped in the next couple days. Apparently they don’t have their ordering system linked to their inventory system and will take your money without consideration for you as a customer or your needs.

I admit before now I've always shopped mostly at bigger stores but recently needed new sump pump and they were so helpful. I'm sure I would have never got that much help at bigger stores. I definitely will shop there more now

There is one long-time employee that will make this experience unforgettable for most patrons. She is rude and condescending to customers without cause. I've stood in line at her \help desk\ and observed her interaction with people. She has a grudge against the world!! How do the owners not see this? Meek, kind people walk away from her shaking their heads. It is infuriating to watch! The rest of the employees are great, however! Very helpful. They are the only reason I occasionally return.
