I have scheduled with this company 4 times to open my pool and it still hasn’t been done. The 1st time they cancelled due to personal issues with the workers. The 2nd time they didn’t show, so I was rescheduled again. The weather was bad on the 3rd attempt and then the 4th time they didn’t show yet again. When I messaged Stevie the response was I didn’t realize they didn’t come out until they turned in their time sheets at the end of the day. So we called the owner Darrell who said it was to cold to open the pool up which was never an issue before or discussed. Don’t waste your time with this company.

I would of given 10 stars.. From the word Hello from Teresa to the follow up calls to confirm satisfaction. The best company by a long shot if your looking for a pool repair company. Darryl is the most honest man and if it doesn't need to be fixed, he'll let you know. Don't use any other pool supply companies. This one is the real deal.
