I wanted to give these guys a great rating. On a last minute booking I booked a WHITE Chrysler Limousin @580 for 4 hours. When the Limousin arrived for pickup it was a black Limousin. Not such a huge deal... we continue to the Limousin and get ready to head to our event. While in the limo we were greeted with crickets. NO MUSIC NO BLUETOOTH NO SOUND... all of our energy and being pumped to party... was totally shot down. The driver was amazing and did everything but magic tricks to try to satisfy. Being a damper on the evening we decided to ditch the Limousin an hour early and proceeded with our evening. Yes I still tipped my driver! I then emailed the next day explaining our experience and they never even looked at the email. Come Monday afternoon I had to go in person to find out if there was a key found in the limousine that we'd lost. Promptly they went to check for the key and didn't find anything. I thanked them and turned to leave. As I turned to leave they asked about our experience.... I gave them the same rant... I was told Christy would reach out to me regarding our poor experience and I have yet to hear anything. I will not recommend this company simply because the lack of communication and empathy for poor services.

Bakersfield Limo is a great affliatte of ours. We have been working with them for 5 years and they take care of all our vips in that area.
This company is wonderful- I had two rides in the setting of 2 days and my ride from the airport with Rick was fantastic. He told me all about the history of Bakersfield and set me up for a great visit. The next day, I had the pleasure of working with Starla- she drove me all the way from Bakersfield to Modesto and we had an incredible conversation. What an amazing woman! I would definitely recommend Starla to anyone!! So professional, so kind, and so lovely!
The horror stories I’ve heard from my dad about this place. If you live in Bakersfield,CA. Be careful about renting limos here. Look at those baby car seats OMG Not only do they not clean your wine glasses but they sit in the dust next to the back restroom which is in horrid condition & if they try to attempt cleaning them it’s only to be wiped off with the dirty rags on the floor in the basket. I just couldn’t believe when he told me until I saw the pictures luckily my dad was able to get pictures before they repaired the door which according to him has been broken for as long as he’s been there. A picture speaks a thousand words!!!!
