It’s not an actual office. It’s apart of a workforce program where the “resource center” can handle only simple questions. They don’t have access to claims status and it’s very small office. And there is no sign outside indicating it’s has anything to do with EDD. Very frustrating and not helpful to those who really need assistance because calling EDD can be brutal.

Garbage office. Called twice at 1 in the afternoon, both times they picked up. Had me on the line about... 10 seconds, and then clicked. Not a word said.

There is an excellent restaurant café 1600, it open from 11:30 am to 13:00pm. Excellent food, excellent service, affordable prices!!! It's open only from Monday to friday
