During an extremely difficult time in the world our lives were affected by this pandemic in the most tragic way of having to bury a loved one. Greenlawn services helped tremendously. They are tirelessly working for you and an extremely high amount of others. Jeini Sarabia at Greenlawn Southwest was great at communicating with us and helping make so many difficult tasks easier. My brothers service was different had it not been during a pandemic but it was lovely and we are grateful.
I lost four of my family member and I was lost didn’t know where to start. I’m thankful for greenlawn and their excellent service they took a lot of stress of my plate. We appreciate all the support and help through everything.
...we flew in from Texas for my Uncle’s 5 year celebration of life anniversary, and this place is a beautiful sweet place... not sure if this place is always busy year-round, because the only complaint we have is the lack of common courtesy of how the other visitors park... i shouldve taken pictures since it is a safety issue, especially in case of any type of emergency... possible solution/suggestions: paint the center curbs red so there is an open lane to drive in and/or exit... ...other than that we still give this place 5stars because it is well taken cared of, beautiful green grass, and buck owens is here too ︎︎︎
I buried my son here June 2018. I chose this place because it was close to home and it looked very well put together. The staff are very friendly, including Ron who has been the one who helped us since day one I HIGHLY recommend Ron! BUT I HATE the gardeners. They have no regard for others belongings I've had multiple issues with them AND I hate that they have a set flower removal date yet the gardeners do not do any yard work til days later after everyone has already taken decorations back so usually you come back to dirty and or broken decorations cause they've decided to cut the grass days AFTER flower removal. I've gone as far as to speak with the lawn direct and nothing has changed. It's very frustrating to come sit with your loved one and see things broken or missing all cause the gardeners.
