We did a workshop for Girl Scouts that taught us about sea turtles and how to help protect them. The facility was nice and it was a great program. The kids had lots of fun. We took the ferry from Southport, which is 11 for kids and 23 for adults. There are no cars on the island except for special permits, so they had a tram. to take us across to the Conservancy. It was a great day and fun experience.

An amazing place on the island, teaching us about local reptiles. With the ability to touch and feed some of the indigenous creatures. It was great fun! Particularly watching the corn snake eat a mouse, Larry eats once a week on Monday. Then they leave him alone!

The nature and diversity on this island is wonderfull. I haven't had the chance yet to stay the night here. My family and I love to take day trips here. Will go again.
