We came down to BHI for the Fourth of July and we were told to put a mask on our 1 year old! The employee was very rude and claimed it was store policy. Would not even give us any contact information to address this with the owner.

Had to reschedule surf lessons 3 times for: \tide is too low\, \waves are too big\, and \too windy\. All three times it was beautiful and sunny out. Woke up early for the third one, called 20 minutes before the lesson (apparently still on) and then when we showed up it was cancelled again. I highly doubt these are last minute decisions that they could not have called us up 30 minutes ahead of time to tell us not to come. WASTE OF TIME
