The animal attendants were so excited for us. Very caring of the cats. That was 2 years ago. Our cat Emma Elf aka Greysee who is now 11 still zooms around, loves her humans, and her food. Thanks everyone .

We found Jordan's aka Big Head picture on here back in March and set up a meet and greet. He looked like a small dog which is what we agreed on but when we met he wasn't so small, however; it was love at first sight. Our first adopted fur baby, best decision we could've made

We found the dog of our dreams here. Odin, formerly known as Leo, is our new best friend. They kept good care of him, he's healthy, and very smart. The process was quick, painless and extremely affordable, which was right up our alley. They even provided a leash, harness, collar, and tips and medication. Wonderful people doing a wonderful thing. Five stars.

I was very pleased with quality of care that this facility provides. My kitten was spayed about 10 days ago. Her incision looks amazing. The price for services is remarkable. They also sent her home with post op pain medication. I had a great experience overall. The intake and discharge process was seamless.

Very disappointed. On Feb 4th, my brother in law was killed in a house fire. He had 3 cats that he called his furbabies. He had no children. One cat named Biscuit was taken to pet ER in Towson. He was then transported to Balto Co. I called there on Feb 6th and was told there was no cat there from a house fire. I called again on Feb 8th and was told I needed a death cert to get him. I received that on Feb 12th. I called them again and was told he was sent to a rescue. They would not allow me to call the rescue but they (Deanna)said she would contact them and let them know he has a home. I called Deanna again on Feb 19th to let her know I hadn't heard from them. She again told me the same thing. How heartless. I made a promise to this man to care for his cats at the time of his passing. I can't believe what I'm going through to try to fulfill this promise and bring Biscuit home to his sisters. This cat has a home!! I don't know what else to do. I'm at their mercy. I hope someone reads this from Balto Co and will step up and help me.
