Our air conditioner went out late in the evening last week tried calling our regular person no answer called A and H who we’ve heard about and known about so we called answering service and they answered right away technician called and answered all our questions and concerns immediately.. got a great quote on a carrier system and feel we’re really going to love our new system thanks to Larry and Bill and the unknown technician who answered the late night call you guys are great!!!!! Had them due work on a drainage problem from the washing machine. It took two times of them coming out to fix it right. Then the valve going into the washer started spraying water. I called and they claimed they did not touch that valve which is right behind the washer and I would have to pay them to come out after hours. Called aqueous plumbing be was there in under 15 minutes and didn't charge a thing.
They've installed two sump pumps for us. One they just put in a week ago. It stopped working and they came out same day on a weekend to fix it for us. Great customer service!
Fast, friendly, professional service on a holiday weekend! Water heater went out after hours on Friday and was replaced the next morning. Thankful to A&H for the quick response, friendly staff and hot water!
We haven't had good luck finding a HVAC company since moving to Lawrence. Two weeks ago our furnace went out. We called A&H. They came out and determined the motherboard went bad. Said it would likely take 2 to 3 days to get it replaced. They came out the very next day with a replacement. The technician was nice, courteous, and took the time to answer our questions. A&H is who we will use going forward.
