I love stopping here. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I did not buy actual farming equipment, although they have lots, but my 2 year old got some riding equipment his size. They have tons of models and kids toys too. We will be coming back!

I’ve been into Heritage many times for parts, and recently took our tractor in for service. I was completely blind sided by 2000 worth of labor for some basic diagnostics, fluids and filters. I asked if it was a mistake, and they became disrespectful like I should have expected that. Never going to Baldwin Deere again!

If at all possible, do not deal with these guys. It is hard to believe that Ken Wagner has allowed this at his John Deere dealership. Its obvious that there is little or no competition for Heritage Tractor. I truly believe that they couldn't care less whether you did business there or not....where else can you go locally? I am sure it will eventually come full circle and business will be gone after treating their customers this way......
