Initially, the case manager assigned to our practice was very responsive. Then there was turnover and we had to go through several different case managers. The last one must have been working from home bc each time we called during normal business hours, kids could be heard in the background. When an entire batch of claims was missed and we questioned our case manager, she assured us she would investigate and rectify the situation. Since she had evidence of timely filing, she was not concerned with being able to get the payments down the line. It was back and forth for several weeks. The answer ultimately was that the clearinghouse they used had a \system glitch\ and failed to submit our batch of claims. The insurers never received the claims, so most of the commercial claims for that batch exceeded the timely filing limit. Sybrid MD took ZERO responsibility for this. Did not even apologize and insisted that we \take it up with the clearinghouse\. My docs were NOT pleased. The owners are very tech savvy and can show you a lot of bells and whistles, measure several different metrics and display them in professional looking graphs. Their website is expertly crafted, but the part about the company being ethical and always acting with integrity? We must have a different dictionary for the words ethical and integrity. If you have a practice that never encounters problems with claims, you can consider them. If you need to rely on your billing service as a partner in your practice, use our experience as your warning and look elsewhere.
I have been pleased with Sybrid MD team compare to who I had before, Claims are filed on timely manner and follow ups are very prompt. Account Management is very helpful and easy to talk to. They get work done. Any difficulty I came across, it got resolved immediately. Weekly and monthly reports are helpful. It is easy to access accounts on Criterion.
