Some long haired kid said customers can't be allowed to walk the yard because of COVID 19.... You can walk around a indoor grocery store and ride a bus. Whats the deal guys? I'm shopping at IPS instead.
They were nice and helpful but they don't have everything.
1. Terrible Dishonest customer service. 2. Erroneously Assure the customers of stock they do not process. 3. Dishonest charges of material's weight. 4. Terrible customer service. 5. Reps disrespectful to customers because they do not want to work. Waste of one hour and twenty minute from paying to receiving items. First, I called ahead to see if they had the material I needed. Lui or Lue the manager answer the phone, but He did not know his material well. He claimed the items listed in his web page did not exist as he put it \it was a typo\ However, did was able to confirm that his store had plenty of the particular material I needed. After waiting for about 15 minutes in line to pay it took about another 15 minutes to finally pay for my items. After paying, I went on a hunt to locate the reps to release to me the items I just paid. Several minutes, I was able to locate the reps were hiding in the back in the shade away from the customer service area. The reps were a little rude to me because they thought I did not speak English. After I confronted them they change their tune. When the material I paid for was out of stock the rep try to convince me to take the cheaper material instead of what I had paid for. I got a little upset because I found his choice of words difficult to process. I then decided to see the cashier who took my order. The cashier claimed they had plenty on stock and the reps began to argue within each other about signing for items that they do not received. After ten minutes of waste I decided to take remnants instead to complete my project. One hour and twenty minutes passed by before I got my order completed with parts I truly was not very happy. The paying system that is used at this establishment is run by a group of very unprofessional young people who argue and socialize while assisting customers. I found this so unprofessional. Lastly, with 10 minutes before closing time, I was told to return the next day finish up my order.
Been coming here for years only because they are close. Customer service is bad, and they are horribly unorganized. Be prepared to wait an hour to get your small order filled.
