The lady the does the passport is very late. We’ve been here since 9am. It’s already 10pm and she is still not here. They took the sign in paper at 9:15am. What’s the point of being here early if she doesn’t show in time. 3 people were already denied because they weren’t here before 9:15. We’ve been here 1 hour and no one is here. At the moment only 5 people are still waiting for someone to show up

The ladies behind the counter yell and talk really fast... It seems like I was not the only one who could not understand them and others being helped also asked them to repeat themselves
