I Rated you guys one star because in order to give you this review you need a star but unfortunately you guys don’t even deserve that . Horrible Management in this “Union Company.” You Cant even Pay the Employees on time, it’s Friday, once they finish there shift there suppose to get paid . Not wait to see when you guys feel like paying them . Apparently managers aren’t doing there job. Just like this so call company expects the employees to show up on time and do there duties at work, you guys should do the same . You guys should consider hiring managers that actually want to work ... employees shouldn’t have to chase after Managers just to get there check handed to them . This is so sad honestly and You SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT !!!!

May 22, 2020 Our trash was not taken, trash days are Fridays. We called in right after that occurred and were told that someone would be put on route again to pick it up. It is Tuesday May 26 and we are still waiting. You know that's very poor professionalism from this company not just from the driver who didn't take it to begin with but for the person who said it was going to be picked up. This is not the first time this has happened either, I demand a call from a supervisor or manager because this is freakin ridiculous.

I am very dissatisfied with the service of this company. My trash is suppose to be picked up on Fridays, its Sat and my trash is still full and wasn't picked up. They usually pick up the trash later in the day, so by the time i know for sure the trash wasn't picked up it is too late to call anyone and they are closed on the weekends. Now my trash is full, backed up , I have no where to put my trash and I have no idea when it will be picked up! I can't call anyone till Monday.
