Had some beautiful homes on the lot.
Vivian's people seem nice, but as others have said....empty promises. We were told they do grading and driveway etc We were approved for the home loan,. I paid 20 thousand down and she claimed her contactor died and returned my down payment. Isn't that breach of contract or something?
My mother in law, husband and I went here for our home buying needs and was approved for a home loan when my husband recieved a call from vivian's one afternoon that there contractor was outta comission, they basically didnt want to do the job, and they was gonna cancel our contract and give our downpayment back. This by far is the poorest of customer service I have ever seen and I've been in customer service for over 22 yrs not to mention who let's there contractors dictate their business? I will not recommend this place to anyone!
They have nice trailers for great prices and the staff is friendly but they made us feel like we were “too young” to be there and when we called they always said they’d call back but never did
