I've been with a few sanitation companies but this one is by far the best I've had. They are extremely efficient. Communication is great. Excellent customer service, always willing to work with you. Prices are better than competitors. Would highly recommend.

Just go with another company if available in your area and don’t waste time or money here! I will take my chances elsewhere after many years of service with this company. They have been given chance after chance. Calls and email requests with concerns go unanswered and they pick up late (next day) with no rhyme or reason and no notification to the customer. When they do pick up it’s always partially emptied and the can is just flung wherever it lands. Today was the final straw! Wheel comes off the can and dude just throws it inside with the rest of the trash that was not dumped (all on camera)! What just happened?? The bill is paid on time with no problems every quarter so why not give customers what they deserve on both ends, quality service and responsiveness! I do not recommend this company and will be going with another one. I’ll take my chances and pay extra elsewhere for better quality service!!
We pay you to take trash not leave a mess. Tired of these sorry workers. We are switching from this company.
In the seven years that I've been living in Georgia I have tried several sanitation companies. I am thankful to say I have found a home base company in CYCLE WORKS SANITATION. Their level of professionalism, coupled with the extension of courtesies and responsiveness has caused me to also encourage my neighbors to change providers. Ive since then gotten positive feedback and thank you's from my neighbors as well. Thank you Ruthie and the Team for heightening my comfort level and living up to your mission statement. Service is good but customer service rep needs lessons in how to talk to customers. Constantly interrupting me when I was trying to let her know that they had the wrong address listed for our account. Then put me on hold for quite some time.
