Reggie Ballard did a great job. He was very meticulous in measuring the feet to make sure the shoes fit properly. Since this was my first pair, the fit was not quite right, but Reggie immediately made the changes and now they fit great. Reggie definitely stands behind his work to make sure customers are satisfied.

I caught several alligators and had Ballard Custom Footwear make a pair of shoes for me and a pair of shoes and a handbag for my wife. We met Reggie at his office and he measured our feet. I picked out a style in Reggies catalog and my wife had a custom design. Reggie was very helpful with ideas. We ordered the shoes and handbag and they were shipped to our home. They arrived exactly as we expected. The shoes fit perfectly and my wife loves the handbag. The shoes make a statement and I get many compliments when I wear them. We had a bit of hide left over and we went back and had Reggie make a pair of shoes for our daughter and a matching belt for myself. We were visiting Los Angeles and Reggie met us on a day his office was closed. Again he was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Ballard Custom Footwear for a great pair of shoes that will fit like a glove. You will enjoy the experience.
