If I could give 10 stars, I would! I researched online for a week straight and could never get a straight answer for our vacuum needs. I called the store as we're in desperate need of a vacuum that works with our specific type of high pile carpets. Julie, the owner, went above and beyond and FaceTimed with me to demonstrate their different vacuums that they sell in the store. We bought my Christmas present over the phone and even had curbside pickup! What a wonderful local company! Also, my household and my parents household bring our vacuums to them to fix. They are always able to fix our vacuums and have very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Puppy ate a good chunk of my Newer Dyson Vacuum’s Electric Cord. Wife said fix it or the dog packs his bags. Thank goodness Baldwin Vacuum Center was just down the street, from a earlier engagement. The owner replaced the cord and saved the dog from becoming homeless. He also cleaned all the puppy hair out of the brush. So, there’s no proof of the puppies caper! “Long Live Baldwin Vacuum Center”!
